ABOUT THE PRODUCTION
Girls is a powerful and unflinching contemporary work that follows the story of four teenage schoolgirls who commit a deeply troubling act of sexual assault. The play explores the aftermath of their actions as they confront real consequences—many for the first time in their lives. Friendships fracture, loyalties shift, and each girl faces a reckoning with her own understanding of accountability. How does bullying unfold for the youth of today, when social media and its public sphere of shame collide with coming of age? does bullying unfold for the youth of today, when social media and its public sphere of shame collide with coming of age?

SEEKING
LINDSAY
The ringleader. Charismatic, forceful, and socially dominant. Lindsay sets the hierarchy and wields her influence with confidence and volatility. As her control begins to slip, the fallout from the event threatens the identity she’s built, exposing fragility beneath her bravado.
TINA
Observant, street-smart, and perceptive. She understands social dynamics best and is often the first to sense when things are going wrong. Tina has a tough exterior shaped by experience, but her moral compass is stronger than she admits.
